DAILY RITUALS TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATION

Keeping a high vibration can be achieved through conscious awareness of how we live our lives on a daily basis. Being mindful and in the moment can allow for one to be attuned to their inner emotions and frequency. Now we live in a society where we are running around, going nonstop, overworking ourselves, numbing ourselves, distracting ourselves and for the most part neglecting self care.
Many of us are engaging in lower vibrational things. Now remember apart of this is also doing the work and understanding yourself on deep levels, which includes healing on deep levels. You might ask how can I raise my own vibration ? First you need to be honest with yourself and see am I living up to my highest potential and in a highest level of energy?
Listed below are some easy ways to raise your energetic vibration when feeling low or depleted. Make these apart of your daily rituals to start living a conscious high vibrational lifestyle. We do create our own reality, and we can make mindful actions to raise our vibration to a higher state.
CLEANSING
Use sacred smoke from sage, Palo Santo, or Incense to cleanse your space and Aura. This removes negative, stagnant and old energy to make way for new vibrant energy. Many of us are unaware of how we can pick on lower energies when we are out, which can penetrate the aura or cause our vibrational frequency to lower. You can bring that energy back into your home or sacred space, which should be a positive, relaxing and healing environment. Be mindful of what energy you engage in or what you are around.
GO INTO NATURE
This is the best medicine, Nature is naturally healing, connecting to Gaia is amazing as she can transmute lower energy. Taking a walk or going on a hike and just being present in the moment can raise your vibration. Another great thing to do is to ground your energy by removing your shoes and placing your bare feet into the earth, this has an immediate effect on your energy. You can also bring nature to you by placing plants inside your home. Growing a garden is therapeutic and extremely healing as you connect with plant life and become connected to nature.
YOGA/MOVEMENT
Connecting to your physical body is important. Doing yoga benefits a person in so many ways, mind, body and soul. Getting your blood flowing and moving is also a good way to release stagnant energy and creating endorphins which make you feel good.
WATER/BATH
Water is a purifying cleansing element. Drinking lots of water flushed out your system, keeps you hydrated and healthy. Taking relaxing salt baths can cleanse your aura, soothe sore muscles/ body and relax the soul.
CRYSTAL HEALING
Crystals are an earth elemental, they hold beautiful vibrations to help us heal, balance and harmonize our energy. Connecting with these earthy elements and having them in our home/ space can help create a sacred space.
MUSIC/SOUND
sound can hold such a high vibration. What you consume with your ears is just as important as what you watch and put into your body. Music can heal, Relax or amp up the energy. Be mindful of what you are listening to, put on your favorite song, listen to meditation music or sound bowl tones.
MEDITATION
To just be present and sit with your own energy is amazing. Sometimes disconnecting with outside stimulation is needed. You can connect with your breath, be mindful in the moment, quiet the mind and receive downloads with your intuition. Meditation helps relieve stress, relaxes you, gives great wisdom and clarity. Even doing this 5-10 mins a day will change your life.
SUNLIGHT
The sun is transitioning to its higher self and radiating so much energy that is activating DNA and upgrading our energy to a crystalline state. Getting into the sun not only can energetically Activate beautiful energies for ascension but it also produces Vitamin D which is great for overall health. The warmth and light of the sun promotes happiness as well.
LAUGHTER
Being able to laugh, smile and find joy in day to day living is very important for overall happiness and raising your vibration. Being around things or people that light you up is apart of living a high vibe life. Even watching a funny movie or a funny joke can cheer you up! Sometimes we have to laugh at ourselves and others, and not take life so seriously. We came here to have fun and live in joy. Just smiling or laughing can significantly increase your vibration instantaneously.
Just know these simple rituals can be incorporated into your daily life. This is a great start to moving into a more aligned mindful energy. This also helps when your on the journey of awakening and healing. When you can become conscious and be present in the moment, you can start creating a high vibrational life.
