THE SECRET TO GROWTH HACKING YOUR SPIRITUAL BUSINESS

Has your business hit a plateau? Are your friends and family crowding around you and saying, “Hey, why don't you go get a job?” These can definitely feel like a blow and may even leave you wondering if your calling is actually your calling. Are you doing the right thing? Why does this feel like a struggle?

In this article, we are going to make all of that a moot point by growth hacking your spiritual business.

What the heck is growth hacking?

Growth Hacking is constant experimentation in your business so that you can find which levers to pull to create a better outcome.

As spiritual entrepreneurs, we desire to move toward consistent growth. We want to know how to consistently grow our businesses - our revenue so we can consistently live the lifestyle we desire and graciously serve our tribes. We also look forconsistent growth in our lives as we evolve as human beings. We are literally hard-wired for expansion.

So, back to the growth hacking part.

To growth hack your spiritual business would mean to experiment with every facet of your business - all at the same time - so you can learn how to balance the growth of revenue, impact, and reach without burning out. I know those last three words - without burning out - were key for me. And I feel pretty certain they are for you, too.

For each aspect, you can modify the following questions to begin to make adjustments. These are some of the questions I could ask myself about the follow-up process that goes along with conversion mechanisms:

How am I following up with fans, prospects, and clients?
Are they engaging with my follow up methods?
What changes can I make to increase engagement with my follow-ups?

Asking those types of questions, reviewing the data, and then making changes to see what will happen . . . That's growth hacking.

Using growth hacking as spiritual entrepreneurs is pretty easy for us. I invite you to take a deep breath and relax into this.

Yes, there's still experimentation that's going on in all levels of your business. And there's still that level of data monitoring. And all of that is wonderful learning about putting good masculine structures into place so you can have free flow into your business. What I really want to share with you is as spiritual entrepreneurs, we have a secret weapon.

Yes, a secret weapon! It's called INTUITION.

Intuition is our superpower. Use it in your business.

I know traditional business courses have taught you not to use intuition in your business. They tell you to make your business decisions by logically mapping out a pro/con list, figuring out timelines, or doing forecasting.

I'm telling you right now: you're a spiritual entrepreneur. You're come up is completely different. You weren’t given this calling in a 3D way, and thus, you don’t do business in a completely 3D way. Step into the space this business came from. . . where your calling comes from: the 5D. Oddly enough, this is also the space where your intuition resides.

I cannot emphasize this enough . . . YOUR INTUITION IS YOUR SUPERPOWER. It is the secret that's going to make you even more successful than you could ever imagine. It's going to point you in the direction of the kinds of experiments to run in your business.

Yep, as spiritual entrepreneurs, we don’t have to pull every level in a million configurations. We can use our intuition like a GPS that leads us to where we need to go.

CAUTION - When we're using our intuition, it doesn't mean automatic success.

When we're using our intuition, it also means we're learning. We are growing and evolving as human beings. Sometimes our intuition leads us to do things that are going to be a spectacular failure. There is always a lesson in any failure, so it really isn’t much of a failure because we’ve learned . . . we’ve experienced.

As spiritual entrepreneurs, we know about going with and feeling into our intuition. We know all about working with our heart; really tuning in and listening at the heart level for what needs to happen next. And, of course, weaving in the law of attraction to accelerate the process.

Our method of growth hacking looks a little different from the rest of the business world.

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention this. Part of growth hacking is dealing with fear. Fears come up. Those limiting beliefs come up to be healed. And that's also a beautiful part of growth hacking as a spiritual entrepreneur. You're going to make some amazing quantum leaps despite the fears and limiting beliefs. You will expand at a rapid pace so you can impact as many people as you were called to do.
