CAN TOXIC THOUGHTS BE JUST AS HARMFUL AS OTHER TOXINS?

Can toxic thinking effect my health and your life?
Absolutely! Absolutely YES it can. Not only does the health of your body affect the emotions of your mind, but your thoughts and feelings can affect the health of your entire body. In so many ways, your mental state, if it's negative, can create more metabolic acids than the acidic food that you're eating. In fact, you can create two or three times more metabolic acids from your thoughts or your mental and emotional state than from ingesting highly acidic foods like dairy, animal protein, sugar and alcohol. For any “clean eaters” out there… that statement should get huge…. “WOW!” Toxic thinking and toxic thoughts are hard to navigate through. You have to combat them daily.
So how do you combat them? You can start by putting a stop to thinking these 7 thoughts!
1| “It’s too late/I'm too old.” – No matter who you are, no matter what you did, no matter where you’ve come from or how old you are, you can always change and become an improved version of yourself. Please go fulfill your purpose. There are people out there who NEED you!
2| “If only I was this, this or that!.” – The absolute worst loneliness is to not be comfortable with yourself. And being a black or white thinker will kill you and your business. Embrace the nuances and differences of YOU and your clients. You are you and you CAN help someone!
3| “What I have to say is not that important.” – Silence makes the inner battle much harder and longer. Speak your truth. Let it out… Honestly, this is one of the saddest things about so many people – their most important thoughts and feelings often go unspoken and therefore no one is helped!
4| “The less risks I take, the less regrets I will have.” – You miss 100% of the shots you never take. You must make a choice to take a chance, or your life will never change. In the end, more so than the mistakes we make along the way, we regret the chances we didn’t take.
5| “I need their permission.” – Don’t hesitate and waste all your time with lots of explanations. Most people only hear what they want to hear anyway. Just because your passion is not felt by the one you are speaking to currently does not mean that it will not be felt by the next person you speak to.
6| “I’ll start tomorrow.” – Don’t let your fear of making a mistake stop you. A life spent making mistakes is not only more enjoyable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing. Do not procrastinate! Do Do Do! Press on!
7| “I just want to be comfortable.” – The MAGIC happens OUTSIDE your comfort zone! Go for it! and get it done! You will be VERY surprised at the results!
