5 Simple Tools for Clearing Your Energy
Energy clearing. What is it you ask? It is a way to cleanse an item, place, home or body of all energies that are not that thing, item, or person. To restore it back to its original format, if you will.
You see when we think, go someplace, be in another’s presence we are transmitting our energy there or to someone and it is transmitted back to you. Think of it as a stream of light. You touch another your energy is immediately transferred to the other person creating an energetic pathway. This pathway can be good or bad there is no difference. It is just energy. Everything is energy. Like the matrix in which we live in.
Energies bouncing around all over the place touching here and there and everywhere and everywhere you go. But how does one clear all this energy we have connected to each day?
Easy, disconnect from it. How you may ask? Well, there are many different ways. Not one way is better than the other. Just whatever works the easiest for you.
Here are a few ways in which to do so:
Ask your angels or guides to help you. They are always there eager to help! Just simply ask! “Hey team of angels, could you please help disconnect me from all the energies of the day. Thank you” or “Devine team of light, please disconnect me from my busy day and all the energies. Thank you”
Listen to music. All music has frequencies. They can change your mood and lift you up in a jiffy! Just make sure it is music you like.
Play and Instrument. Any musical instrument, yes even your voice. They all hold a frequency.
There is plant medicine. Popular choices are essential oils, burning herbs such as sage or incense. You can put them in a diffuser, popular choices are lavender, rose, orange, peppermint, sage, bergamot and frankincense.
You can call in white light to cleanse you and your space, home, body. Don’t forget your car! After all it is an extension of your home!
