The Power of "I Know"
“I know” a common phrase used by many used to describe what they feel they understand cognitively, but to truly know something you must live by it.
Knowing is a spiritual truth (gnosis) and it has nothing to do with cognition but rather, intuition.
To know something intuitively, we can see into the future.
We can see our changed habits, behaviors, attitudes, lifestyle choices, etc.

Knowing requires integration, a step most people leave out when trying to bring their desire to fruition.
A desire is not a knowing, but rather a sensation. This is generally what people are experiencing when they say, “I know” — a sensation.
However, a sensation is not truly knowing, but it is the first step to knowing.
A desire is an opportunity given to you by the “heavens” because a desire is actually a divine download.
Most people live their life with lots of desires, but they don’t integrate those desires so they just remain sensations.
To know is to turn those sensations into a new way of BEING.
This is when and only when, the desire will manifest into the physical.
