It's that lovely time of year when we are cozy-by-the-fireplace, turkey-eating (or tofurkey-eating), ice-skating, snowman-making, gathering with beloved family and dear friends, decorating, cider-drinking, holiday-music-playing and simply doing things that create memories-in-the making... That is until we are stopped in our tracks sniffling, sneezing, coughing, wheezing, stuffy-headed and plain-ole just not rested because we caught that dreaded yearly seasonal cold or flu... wah-wah!
The answer to this unwelcome visitor is quite easy to be rid of, simply by being consistent with preventative measures. I have found being consistent is usually the key word in wellness routines no matter what you are doing! Tonight I want to share with you may absolute favorite prevention routine for keeping my home happy and well so we can all fa-la-la-la-la this holiday season without skipping a beat!
The 3 Step Wellness Action Plan
STEP 1| Every morning I use 1-3 drops of Thieves diluted 50/50 to the throat, back of neck and bottom of feet.
STEP 2| Diffuse essential oils in your home with an essential oil diffuser, this will keep the air clean by killing air-borne viruses and bacteria I use Purification, Thieves and R.C.
STEP 3| Take/use internally by adding a drop of Lemon & Thieves oils to a glass of water. If you do this make sure to use an actual glass cup, never use essential oils in plastic.
This will keep you you enjoying every moment this holiday season, ensuring you don't miss any memories in the making.
