When it comes to working your butt off in your business, that seems to be a no brainer. However, peeling your booty from the chair, well sometimes that is whole other challenge. As entrepreneurs (and over-achievers), we get the job done and we know that time is sparse. But today, is a new day to set fitness goals without having to curb your work ethic. Perhaps today is the perfect day to start a 3-day juice cleanse or start tracking your steps with a Fitbit. If you prefer a gym or a ballet class, make it special by investing in a fabulous tote or your favorite running spanx. And if you need some hand holding to get the ball rolling, it just might be time to invest in a personal trainer on Thumbtack or find an accountability partner who needs support too. Whatever you choose, sweating the small stuff won't bring more wealth into your business, but sweating it out just might. Go get 'em!

Fall is approaching quickly and we are taking advantage of the fun, chunky, over-sized sweaters that will be drowning the lanes of our favorite department stores. We've all been there... Working your ass off trying to get your business not just working, but working for you. And with every good hardworking Cinderella story, it's time to throw up your apron and get dressed up for the ball.

I know as much as the next entrepreneur how difficult it can be to turn off work in your head, so why not maintain your business luxury etiquette and be one of the first to indulge in the new iPhone 6 or join the inspirational Richard Branson's Virgin Wine Club. You know a glass of vino always does the trick (it also makes for Stellar gifts for those super rad clients.) And new organic lipstick too. Wink.

One of the things I find that helps me put some playtime into my work time is listening to Pandora. I recently made a station from one of my favorite bands, Cage the Elephant, and I gotta say, I'm in love. Whatever does it for you, purchase a few specialty items that will enhance your life and give you that much needed Checks and Balances. Your business will thank you later.
