What Do My Dreams Mean?

What Do My Dreams Mean?

Ever since I can remember, my dreams have always been so vivid, bright and colorful. When you dream, do you dream in color? Heck! I thought this to be true since mine were always so vibrant. Well... Factoid: people can dream in color as well as in black and white. This became very apparent to me in my adulthood as I became more open to share my dreams with family. Being an introvert,  family has played a big part in taking on both roles of being my confidants and amigos. My family is quite HUGE there's only 15 of us (YES ONLY) including my Mom and Dad. I am the 10th child and I take pride in that soul number that was born into me.

Okay, okay...back to the dream meaning. Sorry, I tend to drift off at times, forgive me!

What shows up for us while we sleep? How it plays a significant role during our wake state.

HERE ARE 6 STEPS TO HELP ANALYZE YOUR DREAMS:

  1. When you wake, think about how the dream affected your emotions. How did they make you feel? Were they happy ones? Sad ones? Confused ones? Etc.

  2. Think about what stood out in the dream. Think of them like the landmarks, main characters or the main plot.

  3. Incorporate the SENSES. What colors did you see? Did it have a scent? What was the texture like that you felt? Where there sounds that called for your attention? Was there something that left a taste in your mouth?

  4. Once you have gathered this information, think about whether your days worth of happenings had anything to do with what was constructed in your dream. If not, then there is a higher purpose, a meaning or message embedded within.

  5. Most of the time animals play a major role in the dreams. Did you see one? It could be as tiny as a little ant or as big as an elephant too. Think about the role of that particular animal. How does it navigate itself through life? How does it present itself? The first impression or feelings that come up for you are most likely the spirit animals guiding you through your slumber.

  6. Are they situations that seem so irrelevant that can include family or friends? Sometimes the dreamer has no clue on what the dream meant, but can totally resonate to the other person. Perhaps your loved ones are reaching out for help unknowingly. Reach out to them! This can have an energetic uplift effect on both sides. You as the messenger of light, and the other as the one who is in need of sustaining that light within. If you feel comfortable enough to relay the message, or describe your dream, you can do so. Only and only if it feels right, follow your intuition!

LUCIA! HOW DID YOU KNOW THIS?

This has happened to me on several occasions. I would dream a situation that would include a friend, their family, and their current circumstances without even knowing this in my wake state. I am talking about my long lost childhood friends. The ones who I gladly accepted or requested on social media because we shared lovely memories. Dreams of relatives that turn out to be true either during that time or becomes true on a later date. I could genuinely say that all who have been in my immediate circle during this lifetime, have experienced a call or text from me at some point to discuss, “THE DREAM”.

HONING IN ON BEING A STAR DUST VESSEL

We are far more connected than we realize. We are born from the same star dust woven within our DNA to disregard the power of our celestial communication. After all, the dreams happen as we fall into the dark twilight of intertwined constellations during our slumber. So next time you dream, make it a  fortifying habit to journal the experiences. Hone in on your innate ability to communicate across the vast dimensions via the sacred messages within your dreams.
