Gifts of an Empath: How to Embrace and Strengthen Your Empath Abilities

We all have a gift within ourselves of being an empath. Each of us has a choice to tap into this gift and see its beauty, or allow it to hibernate. I feel we were created with many gifts, how we use them is up to each one of us.

As you strengthen your empath abilities, your consciousness rises into higher dimensions. If you are inclined to do so, you can use this gift to help others in a positive way on their journey. It also can help you on your path with extra guidance. After all, living in the 5th dimension with the gift of being an empath, why not put it to use to help others and yourself in a magical way with positive intentions.

We are all here to help guide others to higher dimensions, and this is one positive way to do that. Being an empath, no matter if you like this gift or not, it will keep resurfacing until you understand it.

Many people focus on the negative parts of being an empath. Such as how it makes them feel, physically, how draining it is on their body, etc. When you focus on something that you feel is a negative, that is what seems to persist. Finding the beauty of it, is a gift in itself. Embrace it for what it is, “A Gift”.

Being an empath is not always easy because it can affect your energy, mood, and your feelings. Your body is continuously reading the energy of what you are “feeling”, whether it belongs to you or someone else. It is always talking to you and giving you messages. The key is to figure out if the message is for you or for others, and what you should do with the messages your body is receiving.

The following are a few examples of how you can understand, adapt as well as get answers for yourself on your journey, as well as how you can help others on theirs. It can also help strengthen your empath abilities.

Always be in question;
Is what you are feeling yours? If so, what is it telling you?
Is the energy from someone you are currently with, or surrounded by?
Does it belong to someone you will see later in the day?

Your body will continue to give you the answers, as you strengthen and expand your consciousness through your ability to “feel”.

If it is someone else’s you can choose to send the energy back to them with love. Or continue to be in question and ask, “What are the messages telling me?” “Can I help this person with what I feel in my body?”

When you are working on “feeling” your body, ask what it is telling you. It can give you many answers that you are seeking. Always looking for answers for your own guidance, as well as with the intention to help navigate others in a positive way. Being an empath can be a positive tool for guidance and allowance for others to learn and grow from in any situation.

You can also use your knowing and what you feel to be space for others. You do not have to use this gift for the need to help others from a space of giving them all the answers. Your guidance will tell you when and who you can serve. Sometimes it is meant for your awareness only.

Where in your body do you feel and what are you feeling? Do you feel a tightness in your throat? Do you feel a need to clear your throat? This may mean you or someone else my have a hard time speaking your/their truth in the situation at hand.

Maybe you feel something in your heart? Is it an ache? Do you feel sadness, or some heaviness? Maybe you or this other person are hurting or have been hurt in regards to a situation. Or even have a closed off heart.

Do you feel an ache in your hip? A possible message may be, you or this other person my have a hard time moving in a forward direction in some aspect of their life.

You can also feel the joy and love as well. Which gives you answers to how great something will be in your/their life, when stepping into a new journey.

In any setting as an empath, you can empower others by what your body is telling you. You can help others by giving them questions to think about that they may not be able to tap into themselves, to help move them forward on their path in a positive, loving way.  It is important to continue to feel your body and embrace what it is telling you.

Being an empath can also be very draining. Regardless if you are alone or in a crowd of people. Know you are always protected by your guides, the universe, source. Knowing you will not receive anything you are not ready to feel.

If you become exhausted during or even after being around others, always know you can draw energy from source. It belongs to you, so draw the energy you need at any given time.

If you are feeling something within your body, and are unsure of who’s it is. Ask for it to appear when it needs to. If you are guided to help, or for it to show up for your own knowledge. You may notice after you ask for it to appear later, the “feelings” will go away. The feelings will more than likely reappear when the person themselves comes across your path, and you are guided to serve them in a positive way.

Choosing to strengthen your “gift” to help others on their journey, is beautiful and so very fulfilling.
