Allison Snyder is a lifestyle coach, specializing in body image, self-esteem, and the mind-body connection. She holds an associate's degree in science and a Bachelor's degree in communication from the University of Illinois. Allison completed her coaching coursework through 'O' columnist and Harvard graduate Martha Beck's renowned training program and has since used her love for science, health, and personal development to bring body image coaching to wellness centers within her community and clients across the U.S. Her mission is to help people release their negative self-perceptions and live the best life they can – one full of inspiration, success, and passion!
