SALLY ELLA HORN
Sally Ella Horn is the founder and creator of 'Fired Up Over 40' and runs programs and Retreats. She helps women over 40 who feel unfulfilled and uninspired, to get fired up and feel alive again. She shows them how to ignite their power, find their spark and rekindle their passion for life. Her powerfully transforming program helps her clients re-discover what they want out of life and how to achieve it, and gives them the confidence to pursue that dream.
Sally Ella is a hypnotherapist, self-hypnosis trainer, transformation mentor and Yoga teacher (Yoga Shred trained), and has worked in the healing profession since she was 21 years old. She is encouraging, positive and inspiring, and supports all women in becoming the best, most authentic version of themselves.
