Business is run by people therefore its personal. Or is it?

This week we take the tape off our mouths, and get honest about a big pet peeve of ours. Although we might have said this quip ourselves in the past, "Business is business, it's not Personal", is this true?

We are all human, and most organizations and business are designed to serve people. Business is also run by people, not robots, hence it IS personal. In fact, it gets personal all the time. You are not alone if this saying bothers you to the core as well.
