Her philosophies and scope of practice encompass body, mind and spirit, working from a toolbox of modalities that help clients find true health and happiness. As a certified health coach, aromatherapist, reflexologist, tai chi instructor, reiki master/teacher and the owner of Waves of Change Wellness Center and Angela’s Apothecary, Angela is passionate about women's health and empowerment.
