The 15/15 Movement Challenge embraces and utilizes the energy of the number 6 (in numerology), which celebrates the purification of the Self, our aura, and regeneration.

In The Tree of Life, 6 represents the Sun or the Heart Chakra and while "movement" is generally associated with fitness, our intention fo this challenge is to expand your heart-awareness by using the body as a barometer.

WHO IS THIS FOR:
This challenge is perfect for anyone who is struggle with any chronic health conditions. Whether it's weight loss, "auto-immunity", stress, or just overall lethargy, this challenge is going to make you feel amazing from the inside out!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

- Every day for 15 days you must move your body for at least 15 minutes (yes, even on your days off/weekends)

- Learn how to create a "movement altar" to help you commit to your goals and upgrade your self-confidence

- How to connect to your Angels

- How to remove entities
